Some of my work that focuses on political trolls is directly connected to journalists' safety. Journalists are a frequent target of political trolls. My work on extreme speech situations is also relevant to journalist safety issues.

Definition of journalists' safety

There are many layers in defining safety. There might be explicitly physical attacks along with digital threats that may lead to safety issues. Legal threats that lead to job insecurity is another aspect of journalistic safety.
